Caberfae Peaks Ski & Golf Resort, Harrietta

During my stay, I found the hotel had a great location near ski slopes, making it easy to hit the slopes every day. The staff was absolutely fantastic, providing the best hospitality I’ve encountered in a long time. However, my room was quite dated and had a major heating issue that was not handled well by management. Overall, it's a fine place for skiing, but the rooms could use an upgrade.

We really enjoyed our stay at the lodge, as it provided easy access to skiing and had some delightful amenities like the hot tub and outdoor campfire experience. The recent updates to the rooms made a noticeable difference, although some areas still showed their age. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, contributing positively to our experience. Nevertheless, there were a couple of downsides, including the need for better room maintenance and some elements feeling a bit dated.

The hotel is perfect for family reunions or group getaways, with spacious accommodations and a warm atmosphere created by the staff. The skiing nearby is fantastic, especially after fresh snowfall. However, the rooms could use some updates, and the lack of an elevator can be a hassle for those with heavy luggage.

I had a fantastic time at the lodge during my recent ski trip! The location right at the base of the slopes made hitting the trails so convenient. While the dining options were limited, the quality was great. The facilities, especially the hot tub and outdoor pool, provided a perfect way to unwind after an active day.
